Panie lubią być fit i wyglądać hot. Wciąż szukają porad, jak mieć płaski brzuch, pozbyć się cellulitu, ujędrnić pośladki. Wysiłek bywa ogromny, a efekty łatwo zniweczyć.

Emily Skye, internetowa guru fitnessu pokazała własnie na swoim FB, że wystarczy kilka godzin, by z piękności chwalącej się kaloryferem zmienić się w kuleczkę. Wystarczy danego dnia pozwolić sobie na ciężkostrawne i wysokokaloryczne posiłki.

Emily twierdzi jednak, że od czasu do czasu można nieco zgrzeszyć. Oj tak!

It doesn’t matter where you came from or who you used to be, you don’t have to be that person forever and you can make changes. It’s possible to be who you want to be and if you have a dream then make it possible by believing you can do it and working hard to make it yours. So many people prevent themselves from living the life they want or being who they want to be because that don’t believe they’re capable or deserving of living that life so they’ve given up before they’ve even given it a real go. I believe success is about being persistent and enjoying what you do. Barely ever do things go as planned and so many times you’ll feel like quitting. Things get tough and sometimes you wonder if it’s actually worth it. That’s the choice you have to make – is it worth it? How bad do you want it and what are you willing to do to achieve it! So if you’re going to give up on your dreams and on yourself then make sure it’s because you don’t want it bad enough not because you don’t believe in yourself or because someone else doesn’t like it. If you choose to give your dreams a shot then give them 100% and don’t give up. It might take a while and it will most likely be hard but if you can believe, you’re persistence and you’re resilient you’ll get there. I believe you can, so should you! What a beautiful warm day it was on the Gold Coast (Australia) today! Hard to believe it's the middle of winter! A lot of you might already know that I have a goal right now – to get fitter and stronger and build some muscle specifically in my glutes – I find it really hard to build and my glutes seem to grow a lot slower than a lot of people but I have to remind myself that I am unique and I shouldn't compare myself to others and how they progress. Sometimes I focus so much on where I want to be that I completely neglect being proud of how far I've already come. Do you guys experience this too? We've got to take some time out of our day to stop, breathe and reflect. Everyone's goal is different and everyone's journey getting there is different. I think we should focus on ourselves and our own journey. Every step we take no matter how big or small is something we should be proud of.
